IBS
IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome is one of the favorite health topics I like to write about. This is because It effects me. Over the first 5 years after my diagnosis, it was required that I take 2 pills 3 times a day. I don't remember what they were called, but it sucked doing that. After this period of time, I stopped taking the pills and nothing bad happened. Additionally, I stopped going to doctor checkups and was still fine. In my honest opinion, I think puberty and heightened levels of hormones had helped that whole situation. Obviously I still have IBS, but during my teenage years it was not even there. There was no trigger foods to worry about, no pain or abdominal discomfort at all, and I was living like I didn't even know what digestive pain was.
Things changed a few years later. During my twenties and basically right around 22, I started getting flare ups every so often. These were extremely painful. I determined that it happened whenever I ate popcorn or things like oat based cereal. IBS is sort of like your colon fighting against itself. Nobody knows what causes this, although for me I think it was because I spent a lot of time trying to catch frogs in the sewers when I was young. Anyway, I started watching my nutrition and the painful flare ups have not come back since this change of food.
When you are unfortunate enough to be afflicted with this disease, there are some biological things that happen with your intestines that is not normal. You either have hyper contractions or really really slow contraction during digestion of certain foods. This is why you might feel a pulsing in your stomach for no apparent reason. Usually, this does mean that the pain is over, but now you have to deal with a constant twitching in your lower stomach. I have been through this and it can be very annoying. There is some ways to prevent this from happening.
There has been a lot of research on how to prevent this pain from occurring. Some researchers have been perfecting a specific supplement, called IBS Relief, that is made to slowly get your digestive health to a point where flare ups don't happen and you can easily eat whatever you feel like and it will be alright. It also helps balance your chemicals so that elimination of random puking or diarrhea is possible. The best thing about this supplement is that it is over-the-counter. You can buy it right online and start helping your IBS so that it feels like it's not even there. The reason why it requires no prescription is because there are only natural and organic components that make up this treatment for Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
In order to fix your digestive nightmare, IBS Relief was designed to help prevent the symptoms by treating the things that cause each digestion dysfunction rather than just giving relief to what the symptoms are. By keeping your colon in a healthy state of function, for the long term, it can change your life and allow you to have the pain-free freedom that normal individuals get to experience. If you let the problems keep occurring, you might be risking a removal of parts of your colon as early as age 35. I have been at the point where you can't even function or prevent that pain that occurs when you eat the wrong thing. Irritable Bowel Syndrome is treatable with the right supplement.
